As you know, many member firm staff access CME online applications via Internet-connected PC's, through a website called the "CME Portal". The majority of firms do this using Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browser and the Windows XP operating system. Recently, Microsoft released a major update to its Windows XP operating system, called "Service Pack 2" (SP2.) Please view the attached notice, which provides technical information you will need to know, in order to continue accessing CME’s Portal on PC's that have SP2 installed. Thank you.
